Posizione
La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione completa di commesse relative alla realizzazione di impianti biogas e biometano, coordinando tutte le fasi del progetto: dall’ingegneria preliminare fino alla messa in esercizio dell’impianto.
- Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare tutte le attività di progetto.
- Gestire tempi, budget, risorse e avanzamento delle commesse.
- Interfacciarsi con clienti, fornitori, enti autorizzativi e stakeholder.
- Coordinare le attività di ingegneria, procurement, costruzione e commissioning.
- Supervisionare le attività di cantiere e garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza.
- Verificare la conformità tecnica degli impianti rispetto a specifiche e requisiti normativi.
- Gestire SAL, reportistica tecnica ed economica di progetto.
- Identificare criticità e definire azioni correttive.
- Supportare le fasi di avviamento e collaudo finale degli impianti.
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance, qualità e redditività.
- Laurea in Ingegneria (Energetica, Chimica, Ambientale, Meccanica o equivalente).
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 7 anni nella gestione di progetti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore biogas, biometano, energia o impiantistica.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di digestione anaerobica e upgrading biometano.
- Capacità di gestione tecnico‑economica delle commesse.
- Conoscenza della normativa ambientale e sicurezza cantieri.
- Ottima capacità di lettura di documentazione tecnica e disegni impiantistici.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
Rapporto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Chimico Industria.
RAL fino ai € 70.000 per profili senior.
