Overview
In dieser Position verbinden Sie Daten, Finanzen und operative Prozesse, um Transparenz in Handelsprozessen zu schaffen und automatisierte, datengetriebene Modelle für den italienischen Energiemarkt zu entwickeln. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Trading, Controlling, Backoffice und IT und gestalten aktiv Strategie sowie operative Steuerung mit. Die Rolle geht über reines Reporting hinaus und bietet Gestaltungsspielraum in einem technologiegetriebenen Umfeld.

- Entwicklung von Modellen, Algorithmen und Berechnungslogiken für energie- und handelsbezogene Prozesse
- Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Strukturen, Dashboards, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
- Prozessautomatisierung durch Datenpipelines und Skripte zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Pflege von Datenbanken und Schnittstellen
- Schnittstellenmanagement: enge Zusammenarbeit mit Trading, Finance, IT und externen Dienstleistern
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in relevanten Bereichen (Wirtschaft/Finance/Wirtschaftsinformatik/Data Science/Mathematik/Ingenieurwesen)
- Berufserfahrung in Datenanalyse, Controlling, Reporting oder Finance Operations
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenanalyse-Tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, BI-Tools)
- Zahlenaffinität kombiniert mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
