Global HR Ops Partner Intern — Learn, Analyze, Grow

Amazon Italia Transport Srl is offering a 6-month Operations Human Resources Partner Intern position. The role supports HR functions across a fast-paced operation with exposure to employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics within a global context.
You will work under a mentor, collaborate with operations leaders, and gain hands-on experience in HR processes, analytics, and program delivery while developing professional, communication, and problem-solving skills.
