INSTALLATION ENGINEER (Paris)

Overview

As Installation Engineer you will ensure technical integrity and safety for offshore installation activities on the Coral North Project, bridging design and field execution. You will review methodologies, procedures, and documentation to align with international standards and project specs, supporting contractors and project teams. You will help optimize installation strategies and coordinate with engineers, HSE, and QA/QC personnel to deliver safe, efficient offshore operations. Responsabilità

• Review offshore installation documentation for HSE compliance, standards, and project specs
• Evaluate installation methodologies, procedures, and schedules for alignment with objectives
• Assess technical risk and propose mitigations
• Support contractors' installation engineering reviews to meet project requirements
• Coordinate preparation of installation methodologies for offshore operations
• Participate in engineering and interface meetings with Contractors and other parties
• Review and comment on contractor technical docs to ensure adherence to procedures
• Consolidate and optimize installation schedules across methods and vessels
• Interact with disciplines engineering specialists, offshore installation manager, HSE and QA/QC
• Engage with engineering, installation contractors, vendors and project counterparts

Requisiti fondamentali

• minimum 5 years operative offshore field experience in deep water installation projects
• experience with offshore facilities engineering, construction, installation and operation
• familiarity with international standards and rules
• Offshore survival course (BOSIET)
• knowledge of offshore installation engineering, testing techniques, construction technologies, and HSE requirements
