These projects are long in duration and technically demanding, integrating advanced mechanics, electrical systems, controls, and software to meet the rigorous requirements of high-volume semiconductor production environments. /ppAs the business unit grows, so does the scale and complexity of what we take on. Projects span the full lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through installation, commissioning, and formal customer handover, with activities taking place in Italy and at international customer sites. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs a Electrical Engineer, you will be part of an engineering team based in Bologna and will be responsible for driving the execution of advanced material-handling robotic technologies in Sicily. /ppYou will be testing, troubleshooting and integrating industrial-grade electrical infrastructure and mechatronic solutions that powers intelligent material flow systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation within a complex, high-tech production environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for communicating with the central development team, and guide the translation of intricate challenges into efficient, reliable electrical installation solutions. /ppMain responsibilities will include: /pulliAssisting first-line support with analysis and troubleshooting in support cases /liliAnalyse and relate the system behaviour to electrical installation and components performance to conduct in-depth system troubleshooting /liliElectrical safety and function testing using both prototypes as well as in the customer installation /liliWorking with compliance to ensure technical standards related to electrical safety and machinery directives are applied /liliWorking hands-on with electrical installations and electrical cabinets /liliProducing a basis for / maintaining documentation /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful: /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant professional work experience /liliExpertise in industrial automation and automation architectures /liliSolid experience in electrical design, industry standards and electrical safety best practices /liliGood knowledge of electrical engineering software (preferably Eplan) /liliAbility to understand the customer’s production process and values /liliFluency in the English language, both written and spoken /liliHigh availability to travel /liliStrong attention to detail and well-structured approach /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively /liliExperience from, or strong drive to, be in the field, working close to customer and taking a central role in system commissioning /liliExperience from testing, troubleshooting and making modifications to electrical installations, safety systems and embedded electronics /li /ulh3Our Offer: /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from bEUR 44,400 /b, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. /ppThe compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual bonus, which can reach b8% /b of base salary at target.
