The ideal candidate is a senior engineer, driven and self-motivated by passion for cars, with strong technical leadership and a target-oriented mindset, capable to guide a team and face complex challenges in a dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading the design, development and integration of embedded software for automotive HPCs, zonal controllers, MCUs and SoCs; /li liDefining and governing service-orientated software architectures based on AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive standards for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platforms; /li liGuiding and mentoring a team of embedded software developers and architects, coordinating priorities, deliverables and technical decisions; /li liWriting and reviewing software requirements, functional specifications and architecture documentation in compliance with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE); /li liInterfacing with stakeholders to discuss system and software architecture(s) through workshops and design meetings; /li liIssue tracking, defect analysis and driving corrective actions across the software development lifecycle; /li liDefining KPIs and analyzing technical risks, development progress and architecture maturity to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes; /li liSupplier steering and coordination. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development (Tier1/OEMs); /li liSolid experience developing embedded software on GNU/Linux (Yocto/BSP); /li liStrong knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive standards and of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA); /li liProven experience with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platforms integrating High-Performance Computers (HPCs), zonal controllers, MCUs and SoCs; /li liStrong knowledge of at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Python; /li liKnowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems and hypervisor/virtualisation concepts; /li liExperience developing in compliance with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) and with software configuration management; /li liProven leadership and team coordination skills, with strong decision-making and complex problem-solving abilities. /li /ul h3Preferential Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of operating system concepts, such as process management, memory management, file systems and power management; /li liKnowledge of Android/Android Automotive OS; /li liKnowledge of automotive standard protocols and networking, such as CAN, Automotive Ethernet and SOME/IP; /li liExperience with architecture modelling tools, such as Vector PREEvision and DaVinci Developer; /li liExperience with requirements and ALM tools, such as Codebeamer, DOORS or Rational Team Concert (RTC); /li liExperience with version control and continuous integration, such as Git; /li liKnowledge of functional safety, diagnostics and security principles for automotive systems. /li /ul h3Altre informazioni: /h3 h3Education: /h3 p:: Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer or Automation Engineering or similar /p h3Language skills: /h3 pFluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above. /p h3Variable Compensation /h3 pEligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment.
