Experteer Overview As Growth & Digital Sales Lead for Business Banking, you will shape ING Italy’s digital commercial strategy to grow the Business Banking customer base. You’ll build a holistic growth engine using analytics, multi-channel digital sales, content, and partnerships to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement. You work with cross-functional squads to reduce friction in the funnel and optimize onboarding, KYC/AML flows, and product adoption. This role offers impact at scale within a purpose-driven, data-driven, and collaborative culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the Customer Insights & Analytics strategy for the Business Banking segment Build and maintain a data framework for funnel performance, customer behavior, product adoption, and churn Embed analysts within squads to improve data fluency, experimentation, and decision making Own the customer 360 data assets for Business Banking with reliable segmentation and actionable insights Own end-to-end acquisition and activation journeys across web, mobile, performance media, CRM, and partnerships Optimize the full sales funnel including onboarding and KYC/AML flows Drive activation of core products via targeted journeys and education Partner with product teams to reduce friction and improve conversion Develop a content strategy for business clients covering education and industry insights Build and nurture digital communities to boost engagement, advocacy, and loyalty Coordinate omnichannel messaging across email, push, social, website, and in-app channels Identify and manage digital acquisition partnerships with ecosystems (software platforms, industry associations, fintech partners, digital marketplaces) Define scalable partnership models (affiliate, API-based, product integrations, digital referrals) Ensure clear eligibility frameworks and ongoing performance optimization for partnerships Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk for safe onboarding Implement test-and-learn frameworks, A/B experiments, and funnel optimization Monitor core growth KPIs (CPA, channel conversion, activation, engagement, community reach) Oversee martech capabilities (campaign orchestration, digital analytics, A/B testing, CMS, attribution) Lead a high-performing, agile team focused on iteration and customer obsession Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls across digital journeys and partnerships Maintain robust documentation, risk identification, and remediation Responsabilità 10+ years in digital growth, performance marketing, digital sales, or analytics experience in cross-functional, agile leadership at scale deep expertise in digital acquisition, activation, content strategy, and community building strong analytical mindset with experimentation, segmentation, modeling, and funnel management understanding of B2 B financial services and digital onboarding constraints excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills strong awareness of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Fluent in English Requisiti fondamentali Super flexible smart working Competitive base salaries and performance-based bonuses Diverse cultures & innovative mindsets International environment Commitment to sustainability Lots of training and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
