Location: VeniceSalary: €2800 net per monthStart: ASAPWe are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead the guest experience at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to shape first impressions, deliver flawless service, and maintain the highest standards of excellence in a world-class setting.As the face of our hotel, you will oversee all front office operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to elegance, discretion, and personalized service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire the front office team to deliver impeccable service and exceed guest expectations.Oversee all guest arrivals, departures, and stays, ensuring seamless, personalized, and discreet experiences.Maintain and elevate service standards in line with the hotel's luxury branding and 5-star reputation.Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest preferences with meticulous attention to detail.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, diplomacy, and a solutions-oriented approach.Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.Monitor and optimize front office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and service protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.Oversee the use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and revenue management for the front office department.Foster a culture of anticipation, where guest needs are met before they are expressed.Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Guest Services Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment.Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching staff.Impeccable interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in English and Italian;
A refined, guest-centricmindset with a passion for creating memorable, bespoke experiences.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What we offer:Accommodation (upon availability);
