Im Praktikum bei buddy UniCredit arbeiten Sie in einem Team, das digitale Kundenerfahrungen über Messaging und Automatisierung gestaltet. Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Bots sowie der Wissensbasis für GenAI-Lösungen und API-Unterstützung. Die Position bietet Einblick in datengetriebene KI-Anwendungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Fachleuten. Sie tragen dazu bei, digitale Prozesse zu optimieren und Kundeninteraktionen rund um die Uhr zu ermöglichen. Diese internship- Möglichkeit richtet sich an motivierte Studierende, die an praktischen KI- und Software-Projekten interessiert sind.
Responsabilità- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Bots für automatisierte Gespräche
- Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Wissensbasis (KB) für GenAI-Lösungen
- Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von APIs, die Bots und KI-Lösungen unterstützen
- Universitätsstudent (Bachelor oder Master) in Informatik, Data Science, Engineering oder ähnlichem
- starkes Interesse an Data Science, KI und Softwareentwicklung
- Kenntnisse in JS und Python sowie moderne Software-Entwicklungstools
- ausgezeichnete akademische Leistungen
- englische Sprachkenntnisse
