La figura si occuperà della gestione delle richieste dei clienti, fornendo supporto informativo e operativo e garantendo un servizio efficiente e orientato alla soddisfazione dell utenza.
Mansioni
Gestione delle richieste di assistenza clienti tramite telefono, e-mail e/o canali digitali
Fornitura di informazioni su servizi, procedure e prodotti aziendali
Risoluzione di problematiche di primo livello o smistamento ai reparti competenti
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nei sistemi gestionali
Monitoraggio delle richieste fino alla loro completa risoluzione
Supporto alle attività amministrative connesse al servizio clienti.
Requisiti richiesti
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti informatici
Capacità di problem solving.
