As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the heart of the sales engine for FARO INSIGHT. From qualifying leads to coordinating product demonstrations and supporting Account Managers, your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and energized by working with innovative technologies in an international environment.
Within the Sales department at FARO INSIGHT, you will collaborate closely without sales, marketing, and regional teams. You will act as a true brand ambassador, helping customers discover the value of FAROINSIGHT’Stechnologies while developing a strong professional network. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d). Here’s what we offer you:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with multiple Account Managers to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting.
• Qualify leads and prospects using a solution‑based discovery approach (understanding customer workflows, pain points and desired outcome).
• Manage prospects from initial lead generation through to the demo stage, showcasing the value proposition, navigating objections, and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Drive pipeline growth through a combination of outbound prospecting (calls, email, social media) and inbound lead follow‑up.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce (leads, contacts, opportunities).
• Use sales intelligence tools to identify and target prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in businessadministration, Marketing, Communications or related field, and proven sales orbusiness development experience or equivalent work experience
• Fluency Italian and English are a must
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevantexperience in business developmentor B2B sales includinglead generation and cold callingwithin an international company
• Experience intechnology sales focusing on top of funnel
• Experience in manufacturing and/or high‑tech industries is a strong advantage
• Hands‑on experience Salesforce CRM, Sales Engagement (or other cadencing tool), LinkedIn,and6Sense(or otheraccount intelligence platform). Familiarity with the sales funnel and lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, CHAMP).
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to useAItools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs

Compensation

Currency: EUR

Salary Minimum: 30,000

Salary Maximum: 50,000
