Responsabilità

• Design and implement analytical solutions for client challenges
• Develop prototypes and assess their effectiveness
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to share ideas and insights
• Model and validate quantitative risk or performance metrics
• Contribute to projects like NLP-driven tools, decarbonization modeling, and promotion analytics
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork and communicate findings clearly

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Data-driven mindset with ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts
• Programming skills in Python or R
• Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English and Italian language skills
• Interest or experience in financial services and risk management
• Minimum 6 months of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banks, or financial institutions
