This role is key in strategic competitive analysis and advanced reporting, actively contributing to the definition of communication strategies. We are looking for an individual with proven analytical capabilities, able to operate autonomously and provide significant strategic contributions. /ppbSkills and Experience /b /pulliDesign, develop, and implement complex offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio), ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. /liliConduct in-depth competitive analyses, translating complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations. /liliIndependently manage and leverage advanced functionalities of media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS. /liliMonitor and control budgets, producing detailed analytical reports and proposing corrective actions based on performance. /liliActively participate in the definition of communication strategies, contributing data-driven insights and analytical perspectives. /liliEffectively coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative agencies, media owners) to ensure flawless execution of media plans. /liliPresent plans and analyses internally, clearly and persuasively communicating results, insights, and recommendations. /lili3+ years of consolidated experience in media planning (preferably within a Media Agency), with specific expertise in offline media. /liliIn-depth knowledge and proven experience in TV, Print, and Radio planning. /liliProficiency and advanced usage of industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS /liliStrong analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. /liliIndependent and proactive in project management, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. /liliExcellent attitude for teamwork and collaboration. /liliPrecision, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong results-oriented approach. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent cultural background. /liliExcellent command of English (written and spoken). /liliExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li /ulpbLife at WPP Media Benefits /b /ppOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment toBe Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
