Overview Seeking to jump-start your professional journey in Portugal? We are recruiting customer-focused Italian speakers to become part of our multi-ethnic staff in Lisbon. Acting as the main contact channel for Italian-speaking consumers, you will handle questions across telephone, email, and live messaging systems. This job fits flexible troubleshooters who excel in a dynamic, team-oriented workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Handle inbound Italian client questions via phone, email, and digital messaging with a polished, polite disposition.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Pinpoint underlying factors of consumer challenges and provide rapid, customized answers.
• Data Entry: Log profile information, consumer requests, and fixing steps precisely inside enterprise CRM databases.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve key operational targets, such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to stay current on merchandise modifications, corporate guidelines, and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent or advanced C1/C2 capability in Italian (reading, writing, and speaking); operational English competence (minimum B2) for internal dialogue, software navigation, and training.
• Availability: Readiness to work flexible 24/7 alternating schedules.
• Location: Situated physically at our Lisbon office facility.
• Legal Authorization: EU/EEA nationality, an EU passport, or legal Portuguese employment clearance.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal talents, attentive listening, grace under pressure, and a proactive attitude.

Compensation Plans

• Plan A (Local Resident Package): Provides a gross monthly base pay of €1,262.33 (spread across 12 months) with self-managed lodging. This choice fits local Lisbon inhabitants or applicants intending to acquire private housing independently.
• Plan B (Relocation Package): Provides a gross monthly base pay of €1,059.00 (spread across 12 months) alongside a private room in a shared corporate flat with utility bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband) entirely covered. It additionally includes total airfare cost payback after the probation period and complimentary airport pickup, suiting candidates arriving from abroad.
