Let’s dive right in: /pulliDeliver hybrid Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end-users in the Milan office and across Southern Europe. /liliAdminister company devices and ensure compliance through Microsoft Intune, managing patches and configurations. /liliImplement and operate security measures using Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access policies, enforcing data protection. /liliCollaborate with regional IT teams to align local operations with global standards and support cross-site initiatives. /liliManage and resolve incidents using ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, contributing to process improvement. /liliAct as the primary IT point of contact for the Milan office, overseeing IT asset management, procurement, and local infrastructure. /liliProvide user guidance, basic IT training, and maintain accurate knowledge base documentation. /li /ulbr/h3Your profile /h3pAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it?
