What You’ll Do Leadership & People Management- Support the integration of new team members, ensuring each new joiner receives the full onboarding journey, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture and operations.
- Act as a role model in communication, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings, to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated.
- Develop and empower your team through continuous coaching and regular feedback. Recognize individual strengths and areas for growth.
- Engage and hire talent from the market through networking and scouting.
- Organize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador in the local market by identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase footfall and build strong client relationships.
- Foster a service culture that represents Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s olfactory storytelling and elegance.
- Ensure every client receives a unique, personalized luxury experience.
- Support the team in clienteling actions to build loyalty and retention.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving performance excellence and contributing directly to the store’s overall success.
- Coach and support team members in optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and store objectives.
- Implement commercial strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the Head Office.
- Collaborate with the Retail department to plan local events.
- Ensure operational excellence, stock accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Guarantee compliance with Company guidelines on cash handling, stock management, logistics, and all key reporting duties mandated by the head office.
- Oversee inventory, shipments and daily reporting.
- Guarantee the highest level of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
- Ensure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized in order to provide best in class client experience.
- Ensure that all Store Facilities are maintained.
- Oversee effective day to day business and operations processes.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail (Fragrance / Beauty / Fashion highly preferred).
- Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.
- Charismatic, inspiring, proactive and flexible.
- Deeply service-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and results-driven.
- Client centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.
