Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead SAP FI/CO-driven finance transformation initiatives and shape automation roadmaps for global finance operations. You will collaborate with Process Owners, Shared Services, and local teams to design integrated Finance solutions and drive end-to-end improvements. You’ll manage fit-to-standard workshops, coordinate IT and partner workstreams, and ensure smooth deployment with strong controls and audit readiness. The opportunity centers on modernizing finance through automation, AI/ML use cases, and digital workflows while mentoring the team and contributing to global standards.Retribuzione / BenefitsAnalyze requirements and design target finance processes with global and local finance teams, defining SAP FI/CO solution and automation roadmapLead Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops to identify automation opportunities across core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Controlling)Own SAP Finance (FI) & Controlling (CO) solution design and configuration, ensuring integration with adjacent SAP modules and external platformsDrive automation and digital finance initiatives using workflow tools, RPA, OCR/e‑invoicing, reconciliation automation, and AI/ML use casesManage projects and workstreams end‑to‑end, coordinating IT teams, external partners, and system integratorsEnsure testing excellence and deployment readiness (SIT/UAT, cutover, go‑live, hypercare) with emphasis on stability, controls, and audit complianceProvide ongoing support and continuous improvement, mentoring team members and contributing to global templates and standardsResponsabilitàEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldSAP certifications and project management credentials are advantageousExperience: 10-15 years in SAP Finance & Controlling with multiple end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ideally including S/4HANA transformationsAutomation & Innovation Expertise: hands‑on experience with workflow orchestration, RPA, e‑invoicing, reconciliation automation, closing acceleration, and touchless processingAI / ML Expertise: familiarity with finance use cases such as predictive accounting, anomaly detection, intelligent matching, forecasting, and exception handlingProcess & Controls Knowledge: strong internal controls and compliance mindsetCommunication & Stakeholder Management: strong consulting‑level communication with senior business and ITLanguage Skills: Fluent in English; Italian desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
