Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p h3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3 pWe are looking for an bArtworker /b to join KIKO MILANO's Packaging Team, reporting to the Packaging Design Senior Manager. /p pThe role will support the development, adaptation and finalization of primary and secondary packaging artworks, translating approved creative layouts into accurate, production-ready files while ensuring alignment with KIKO MILANO's visual identity, technical specifications and global brand guidelines. /p pThe candidate will work closely with Packaging Design, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and external suppliers, supporting artwork execution across product categories and markets with strong attention to detail, consistency and deadlines. /p h3In particular, you will: /h3 ul liCreate, adapt and finalize artworks for primary and secondary packaging across makeup, skincare and accessories. /li liTranslate approved creative layouts into accurate, production-ready packaging files. /li liPrepare and check print-ready files, ensuring compliance with dielines, technical specifications, printing requirements and brand guidelines. /li liManage artwork updates, corrections, versioning and multilingual adaptations, ensuring that the latest approved content is used. /li liInsert and verify product information, legal copy, claims, symbols, codes and regulatory content provided by the relevant teams. /li liCollaborate with Packaging Designers, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and suppliers throughout the artwork development and approval process. /li liSupport the review of colour proofs, technical proofs and production samples, highlighting inconsistencies or execution issues. /li liMaintain an accurate and organized archive of packaging artworks, ensuring traceability and version control. /li liManage assigned activities according to project timelines and support the timely delivery of product launches. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of packaging artwork processes and working methods. /li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Communication or a related field. /li li2-5 years of experience in artwork development, graphic production or packaging artwork, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or consumer goods. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional. /li liExperience in preparing executive and print-ready files and in working with dielines and technical layouts. /li liKnowledge of the main printing processes, pre-flight checks and colour management. /li liExperience with packaging artwork, versioning and multilingual adaptations. /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling text, codes, symbols and graphic elements. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3We would love if you had /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the cosmetics, beauty or packaging industry. /li liBasic knowledge of packaging materials, finishes and production constraints. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines. /li liA solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills. /li liHighly collaborative style and demonstrated ability to work in teams. /li liOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback. /li liAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. /li /ul h3Job details /h3 pbJob Type (Part Time/Full Time): /bFull Time /p pbPosition Type (Regular/Temporary): /bTemporary - 12 months fixed-term contract /p pbJob Function: /bCreative Services /p pbReporting Manager: /bPackaging Design Senior Manager /p pbLocation: /bKIKO MILANO's HQ, Bergamo, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
