Luxury CRM & Client Engagement Architect
Stella McCartney
Stella McCartney is seeking a CRM Specialist in Milano to define and implement the brand's CRM and client engagement strategy. The role focuses on driving customer retention and loyalty through targeted initiatives, leveraging analytical insights from customer data.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in luxury brand CRM, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer behaviour. This position offers the opportunity to influence client engagement across retail and digital touchpoints.
