Co-Founder & Milan Director — Build Tech Growth

eXalt is seeking a Director to launch and lead a new offering in Italy, with the goal of becoming a fast-growing player in Tech & Digital Services. You will co-found the Milan agency, promote our offerings, open the Milan market, and build a local team while managing P&L and strategic partnerships.

The role offers autonomy, potential equity, and close collaboration with executives to shape the Italian expansion and future branches.
