Production engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you ensure smooth production by aligning work preparation, material coordination and project follow-up with production sites, project teams and suppliers. You’ll help verify manufacturability during design, plan schedules, and ensure on-time delivery with quality. You will interface across sales, engineering, and purchasing to drive efficient production in a growth-focused unit within the Biogas and CO2 recovery space. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in an international, safety-conscious environment where you shape production execution and continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide input on production planning and lead times during sales phase Evaluate design for manufacturability and feasibility for production Coordinate production-related activities between project teams and production and suppliers Develop project control plans and schedules for production phases Monitor progress, address schedule overruns and bottlenecks Transfer drawings, schedules and work instructions to subcontractors and guide production Manage material and service orders through Purchasing and ensure timely delivery Prepare pick lists and maintain alignment with Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse Follow up on production quality with instructions, in-production audits and inspections Organize Go/No Go meetings and manage punch lists Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Support documentation for assembly, commissioning and end-user manuals Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and proper workplace conduct Responsabilità MBO level with technical knowledge of machining, materials and systems Experience as Production Engineer (min. 3 years) Knowledge of PLM Software, ERP Software, MS Office English: advanced level Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) Proactive, independent, flexible and resilient under stress Team player with good communication and solution-oriented mindset Preferred: Visual Welding Inspection knowledge and/or CE PED knowledge Requisiti fondamentali dynamic international environment career prospects internal training courses pleasant atmosphere excellent working conditions Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
