Junior MATLAB/Simulink Software Engineer

TXT e-Tech , a company of the TXT Group, is looking for Software Engineers to join a major development programme for a next-generation aerospace platform.

The selected candidates will become part of a Software Engineering team, contributing to the design, implementation and validation of models and algorithms for embedded systems. They will work in a highly technological and innovative environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced software solutions for the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop software using MATLAB and Simulink
• Implement control algorithms for embedded systems
• Support software testing and validation activities
• Prepare technical project documentation
• Collaborate with System Engineering and Software Engineering teams throughout the development and integration phases

Required technical skills:

• Academic experience (university projects or thesis) using MATLAB and Simulink
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Good command of the English language

Optional technical skills:

• Knowledge of Embedded Coder
• Knowledge of Simulink Coder
• Knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of IBM DOORS
• Knowledge of Embedded Software development

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical , Computer, Electronic , Automation or equivalent disciplines.

• The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 28.000 € and EUR 33.000 € gross per year.
