European Sales & Markting Director Food Ingredients m/f/d

This is a Business‑to‑Business (B2B) job; please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruit and Vegetables and other value‑added Food Ingredients.

The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe.

• Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.
• Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team.
• Building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders).
• Closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners/executives.
• Operating autonomously in a dynamic environment; highly self‑motivated.
• Strong fit with the Company’s culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with preference for sciences or food technology/ingredients and/or MBA.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other European languages are an asset.
• Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business.
• Experience closing sales to senior decision‑makers.
• High motivation and ability to operate autonomously.

• This is a B2B job.
• This is not for candidates coming from FMCG, Horeca, Hotels or Restaurants.
