ADDETTO/A UFFICIO CONTRATTI (INTERNSHIP) – Ufficio Procurement e Supply Chain.
Responsabilità
- Supporto nella redazione, revisione e archiviazione dei contratti aziendali
- Verifica della conformità contrattuale alle normative vigenti e alle procedure interne
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dei dati contrattuali nei sistemi aziendali
- Supporto nella gestione delle scadenze contrattuali e nel monitoraggio delle attività correlate
- Collaborazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alla formalizzazione dei contratti
- Predisposizione di report e documentazione a supporto dell’ufficio
- Supporto nella gestione delle comunicazioni con fornitori e stakeholder interni
Requisiti
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza
- Interesse per il diritto contrattuale e amministrativo
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Word)
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Buone capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di rispettare le scadenze
