Discover extraordinary* every day. /ppThe role designed for you: As our Customer Service Executive Benelux, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our sales operations across the Benelux region. You will act as the primary internal point of contact for an assigned customer base, handling enquiries, quotations, sampling requests, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and other customer service activities. Working closely with Sales and collaborating with Logistics, Transport, Production, Finance, Marketing and the Fedrigoni France organization, you will ensure effective order management and a seamless service throughout the customer journey. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging the day-to-day needs of Benelux customers, including enquiries, quotations, sampling, order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and issue resolution /liliBuilding strong relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders /liliWorking closely with Sales to support commercial activities and contribute to business and service objectives /liliCoordinating with Logistics teams and transport providers to ensure reliable deliveries and proactively manage potential delays or service disruptions /liliKeeping customers informed through timely, clear and professional communication /liliCollaborating with Production, Technical, IT, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience /liliWorking closely with Fedrigoni France on financial administration activities, including payment collection and reminders, as well as marketing initiatives and promotional materials /liliEnsuring an effective flow of information with the relevant teams in France to maintain a high level of service for Benelux customers /liliPreparing and processing sales documentation, pricing and agreements accurately and in line with company policies /liliMaintaining accurate customer and order information within the company’s operating systems /liliManaging customer complaints and coordinating the appropriate internal teams until resolution /liliIdentifying opportunities to improve customer service processes, internal coordination and ways of working /li /ulh3Attitudes and skills we’re looking for: /h3ulliPrevious experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management roles /liliExperience in an international, industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered a plus /liliCustomer-oriented mindset and commitment to service excellence /liliStrong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /liliProactive, flexible and collaborative approach /liliAccuracy and attention to detail /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools /liliFluent English is a must, good knowledge of French is highly desirable /liliDutch would be considered a plus /li /ulpWhat you can expect from our selection process: Interview with Talent Acquisition, the Hiring Manager and the relevant business stakeholders. /ppBased in: Verona – Hybrid. /ppWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
