Customer Support Representative (Italian & English) – Lisbon, Portugal Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude in every interaction.
- C1 or C2 proficiency in Italian (spoken and written).
- B2 level of English (or higher).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
- Experience in customer service is a plus; training provided.
- Full relocation support to help you settle in smoothly.
- Free shared accommodation in a company‑owned apartment (bills included).
