Our Mechanical Engineers work in an interdisciplinary environment aiming to design buildings that maximise value for our clients whilst minimising their environmental impact. /ph3As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will: /h3ulliAct as a key part of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, leading multidisciplinary projects while providing technical guidance and mentoring to the other mechanical engineers. /liliAct as project lead engineer in managing the service and in having a direct interface with the clients' team. /liliLiaise with clients to assist in setting the design ambitions and with the project stakeholders to develop the design and the coordination of the mechanical requirements and their impact on the project. /li /ulh3We also value: /h3ulliSound knowledge in mechanical engineering fundamentals /liliBachelor/Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering /liliAbility to technically lead and manage the design process from conceptual layout to detailed design and construction /liliExperience with Data Center and or Industrial buildings projects /liliAt least 10 years’ experience in the design of mechanical systems /liliExperience of working within a BIM environment using Revit with knowledge of parametric design /liliKnowledge of both English and Italian, written and spoken /liliGood communication skills essential for team‑based working /liliExcellent planning and organization skills required for our fast‑paced environment /liliMust be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges /li /ulh3Why Arup? /h3pAt Arup, we believe in rewarding our members for their contributions to our shared success.
