ph3bElectrical Systems Design Engineer /b /h3 pAVL Italia S.p.A. offers a position in Italy (IT). /p pReporting to the Team Leader, the Electrical and Special Systems Designer will be responsible for the electrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and dedicated machinery for engine and vehicle testing systems. The role involves developing technical documentation, sizing electrical systems, and producing engineering deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. /p h3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /h3 ul liElectrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and machinery for testing systems. /li liPreparation of technical design reports. /li liDrafting of technical specifications and tender documentation. /li liPreparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities. /li liDevelopment of single‑line electrical diagrams. /li liCreation of plant layouts and installation drawings. /li liExecution of electrical calculations and system sizing. /li liPerforming lighting calculations. /li liEnsuring compliance with applicable technical and safety standards and regulations. /li /ul h3bYOUR PROFILE: /b /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Electrotechnics. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in the design of industrial electrical systems. /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level). /li liGood knowledge of AutoCAD. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /li liKnowledge of the main regulations and standards related to electrical systems, safety, and applicable Directives (Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery, and ATEX). /li liAvailability for short business trips within Italy and, occasionally, abroad. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liTeam‑oriented mindset. /li liProactive attitude, operational autonomy, and strong problem‑solving skills. /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liKnowledge and use of Progetto Integra software. /li liKnowledge and use of DiaLux software. /li liKnowledge and use of EPLAN P8. /li liKnowledge and use of TNE software. /li liKnowledge of Performance Level (PL) calculation software. /li liKnowledge of PLC‑based systems. /li liMembership in a Professional Engineering Association/Order. /li /ul pLocation: Cavriago, IT; Torino, IT; Bolzano, IT; Robassomero, IT /p pJob Function: Electrification/Electrical/Electronic /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pPosting Date: Jul 13, 2026 /p pJob ID: 39355 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
