Assistant Director, People & Culture — Luxury Hotel

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of People & Culture to lead daily P&C operations and partner with the Director to shape employee experience and engagement.

You will deliver HR support across departments, drive recruitment, performance, and development plans, and position the property as an employer of choice in a luxury destination, with Italy labour law compliance and a focus on culture and ethics.
