Data Scientist for Pricing & Underwriting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sourcesPerform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision makingDevelop pricing and underwriting modelsDesign and prototype AI applicationsConduct research and development to find novel technical solutions KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE4-7 years of previous experience in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysisMaster's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalentExcellent knowledge of SQL and PythonExperience in developing statistical and machine learning modelsProficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skillsTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and culturesFluent in English (both written and spoken) NICE TO HAVEKnowledge of SparkExperience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem)Practical experience in AI tools and frameworks (e.g., custom AI skills, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines)Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between 40.000,00 gross and 50.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
