Director of Luxury Fibers & Global Sourcing
Quince
Quince is seeking a Director of Specialty Fibers to lead a cross-functional team across sourcing, production, quality, and design for luxury fibers like cashmere and merino. You’ll drive strategic fiber sourcing, establish quality benchmarks, and optimize the supply chain from farm to finished yarn.
You’ll collaborate with mills and dye houses globally, champion cost leadership with ethical standards, and implement CAPA across the supply chain to ensure consistent luxury quality.
