Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection. /ppWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Finance team and support the Accounts Payable (AP) function. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. /ppThe Accounting Intern will work closely with the accounting team, contributing to the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment activities while developing a strong understanding of financial operations and internal controls. /ph3Role Purpose /h3ulliSupport the Accounts Payable team in the processing and recording of supplier invoices. /liliVerify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows. /liliAssist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies. /liliSupport payment preparation and monitoring activities. /liliMaintain and update supplier master data within the accounting system. /liliAssist with month‑end closing activities and AP account reconciliations. /liliArchive and organize accounting documentation in accordance with company procedures. /liliCollaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to address accounting‑related inquiries. /liliSupport ad hoc accounting and finance projects as required. /li /ulh3How can you contribute /h3ulliBachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliStrong interest in accounting and financial processes. /liliGood analytical and organizational skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. /liliAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. /liliEnglish, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliExpense reimbursement is provided. /li /ulpWant to know more about working at DoDo? /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
