You will lead large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, strict compliance with international standards, and the cultivation of strong, professional client relationships. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul libDocument Review: /b Analyze customer management system documents—including manuals, procedures, instructions, and technical records to ensure full compliance with standards and regulations. /li libAudit Execution: /b Lead and conduct comprehensive audits involving stakeholder interviews, detailed evidence gathering, and critical evaluation of management system implementations. /li libResult Definition: /b Identify and define audit findings, accurately categorizing them as positive results, non-conformities, or opportunities for improvement (OFI). /li libTechnical Review: /b Perform technical reviews of audit files to provide expert insights and recommendations for final certification decisions. /li libProfessional Development: /b Maintain up-to-date skills, qualifications, and certifications by staying informed on industry standards, evolving regulations, and global best practices. /li libData Integrity: /b Manage and update customer records and all relevant data within the audit process to ensure transparency and traceability. /li libCustomer Excellence: /b Demonstrate a high degree of customer focus by responding to client needs and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all audit activities. #LI-MP3 /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s Degree in bEngineering /b (General or related field). /li libCore Experience: /b At least 2 years in implementing/auditing Management Systems, with specific focus on bISO 27001 /b (Information Security) and bISO 42001 / AI /b (Artificial Intelligence governance). Knowledge of traditional systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) is required. /li libPreferred Skills: /b Experience with bSA 8000 /b or bUNI PDR 125 /b (Gender Equality) Management Systems and/or knowledge of specific ethical and social issues is considered a significant plus. /li libLanguages: /b Professional fluency in both bItalian /b and bEnglish /b. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between € 40.000 and € 50.000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
