Gruppo Lactalis Italia è alla ricerca di un/a brillante laureando/a o neolaureato/a da inserire all’interno della Direzione Supply Chain della BU Cheese. La risorsa, in affiancamento al proprio responsabile, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Effettuare una pianificazione e schedulazione giornaliera, settimanale e mensile delle attività di produzione di uno stabilimento del gruppo, utilizzando dati provenienti da database dedicati; Monitorare costantemente l'avanzamento del piano di lavoro e gestire la giacenza dei prodotti per ridurre il rischio di spreco e di out of stock; Gestire la generazione di report collegati alle attività pianificate e partecipare attivamente ai progetti in corso nell'area della pianificazione della produzione; Estrarre e analizzare i dati dai database dedicati per valutare le performance produttive, monitorare gli indicatori di prestazione e identificare opportunità di miglioramento; Generare report collegati alle attività affidate, fornendo una panoramica chiara e completa delle prestazioni produttive dello stabilimento.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea in Economia e Commercio, Ingegneria Gestionale o percorso di studi affine; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus; Capacità di gestire progetti interfunzionali; Determinazione, proattività e autonomia; Capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving e orientamento al risultato.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
