This role manages local key accounts, leads annual negotiations, drives trade marketing initiatives, collaborates with distributors and field teams, supports volume planning, and achieves sales, distribution, and availability targets through strong communication, proactivity, data‑driven decision‑making, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a group of local key accounts
- Conduct annual negotiations with clients
- Plan and launch trade marketing activities: promotions, DMP placements, POSM
- Achieve targets in sales volume, distribution, visibility, and OOS
- Coordinate with the distributor and field team
- Participate in cross‑functional projects within the company
About You
- Experience working with retail chain clients
- Strong communication skills (the person should be persistent and proactive)
- Analytical mindset (all proposals and issues must be backed by data)
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint (cubes, pivot tables, visually appealing presentations)
