As Territory Manager in Italy, you own the territory P&L and drive ARR growth by leading a cross-functional team to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. You will execute regional strategy, align with global Mastercam objectives, and champion adoption of advanced sales technologies and AI to boost productivity and market intelligence. You’ll build strong customer relationships, craft strategic plans, and ensure high performance through collaboration with internal teams and partners.   • Manage territory P&L and execute a sales plan to hit or exceed targets
  • Pursue new business opportunities and support Account Managers through full sales cycle
  • Build relationships with customers and local technical partners to drive sales dynamics
  • Conduct regular customer visits for needs assessment and solutions, leveraging Salesforce CRM for forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Education, and Strategic Accounts to meet customer needs and uphold standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and growth
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and product demos; maintain accurate sales records and KPI reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers; drive a high-performing sales culture
  • Leverage AI tools to identify market opportunities and support data-driven strategies
  • Align regional strategies with Regional Executive Director; manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive ARR growth through renewals and new subscriptions; focus on customer retention and loyalty
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration to expand market presence and channel alignment
Responsabilità
  • 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years leading regional or territory-based teams
  • Proven success growing ARR, including subscription or perpetual revenue and improving retention
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Experience in CAD/CAM or hardware sales environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and value-based selling; ability to manage complex customer interactions
  • Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams across a region and driving change management
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets with innovative sales approaches
