• Verantwortlich für die Zubereitung aller Saucen, Fonds und Jus auf höchstem Niveau
• Zubereitung und Anrichten von Fleisch- und Fischgerichten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in Geschmack, Konsistenz und Präsentation
• Koordination der Abläufe am Posten „Saucier“ und Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Posten
• Saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gemäß HACCP-Richtlinien
• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
• Responsible for preparing all sauces, stocks, and jus at the highest level
• Preparation and plating of meat and fish dishes in close collaboration with the head chef
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in taste, consistency, and presentation
• Coordinating the “Saucier” station and working closely with neighboring sections
• Clean and structured working style in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members

Voraussetzungen

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin
• Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Saucenküche und im Umgang mit Fleisch- und Fischgerichten mit
• Du arbeitest präzise, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
• Du bist teamfähig, engagiert und qualitätsbewusst
• Du beherrschst mindestens eine der folgenden Sprachen auf B2-Niveau: Deutsch, Englisch oder Italienisch
• You have completed vocational training as a chef
• You have solid experience in sauce preparation and handling meat and fish dishes
• You work precisely, independently, and remain organized even under pressure
• You are a team player, committed, and quality-oriented
• You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
