In this role you drive revenue for Delta's Industrial Automation solutions within your assigned area, developing new business and expanding key accounts through partners, system integrators and OEMs. You’ll leverage Delta’s portfolio and vertical‑market strengths to build sustainable growth, coordinate with partners to avoid conflicts, and meet or exceed targets. Expect travel within the territory and active collaboration with product management and support teams to deliver customer value and product feedback. This is a chance to shape solutions for a wide range of customers.Benefits

- Focus on new business while coordinating with partners to avoid conflicts
- Identify and approach potential new customers (SI, OEM, end‑user)
- Reach or exceed sales targets
- Travel within the territory to meet customers and prospects
- Provide product, market, competition and customer feedback to management and product team
- Execute new product releases within the territory with customers and prospects
- Collaborate with customer support and technical support teams
- Report on activities
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience with OEM machine builders, preferably in packaging and technical environments
- Proven track record selling complete machine control solutions
- Strong personal network with key OEMs in the Packaging Valley
- Highly self‑driven and autonomous with resilience in challenging environments
- Proficiency in industrial automation products and systems (Cloud software solutions, Motion controllers, PLCs, HMIs, Inverters, servo drives, motors)
- CRM platforms experience
- Languages: Italian (native) and English (professional)
- Valid B driver's license and preferably based in Bologna area
