On a daily basis, requirements must be analyzed and understood to structure the best solution to propose. The team is responsible for defining and drafting technical offers, supported by Operations teams, determining the effort required from involved departments and the costs of proposed solutions. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /h3ulliAnalyze customer business objectives, technical requirements and pain points /liliCollaborate with cross-functional internal teams on strategic projects /liliSupporting the design of technical solutions tailored to customer requirements according to WIIT's methodology and service positioning /liliSupporting Sales and Channel Partner teams throughout all phases of the sales process and customer management /liliProactively proposing new solutions consistent with the evolution of Cloud services to be included in WIIT's service portfolio /liliCollaborating with Project, Service Delivery, and Operations teams during service implementation phases, as well as gathering requirements for upselling opportunities with existing customers /liliDrafting technical offer documents and presentations for WIIT services /li /ulh3EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles /liliHigh School Diploma or Scientific Degree /li /ulh3SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE /h3ulliKnowledge of VMware and KVM virtualization architectures and products /liliKnowledge of IBM Power ecosystem architectures (IBM i, AIX) /liliKnowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems /liliKnowledge of major IaaS and PaaS services on Public Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) /liliUnderstanding of Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity mechanisms (RPO, RTO, SLA, etc.) /liliKnowledge of industry-standard strategies and tools for server and system migrations. /liliKnowledge in preparing and presenting economic PL related to an offer /liliProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken /liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /liliPreferred: Skills in Cybersecurity Managed Services /liliPreferred: Knowledge of AI platforms /liliPreferred: Recognized industry certifications in Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Solutions or Security Management. /li /ulh3ATTITUDES AND SKILLS /h3ulliCapability to assimilate and process information from various sources /liliRapid learning ability and curiosity for emerging technologies /liliGoal-oriented mindset with strong focus on deliverables and deadlines /liliCollaborative approach in working with multiple internal stakeholders /liliExcellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical topics to business buyers. /liliStrategic thinking to understand business applications of new technologies /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with creative approach to solution design /liliBusiness acumen to understand and articulate revenue and cost implications /li /ulpLocation: Milan (6 days of remote working per month) - FREQUENT VISITS TO CLIENTS REQUIRED /ppThis recruitment process complies with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decree 215/2003 and is open to candidates of any gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity and religious belief.
