Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be. /p pIf you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liYou will report to the Manager of Customer Reliability, work as an important member of the technical support team providing senior level technical knowledge on our customer issues. /li liWork with and foster relationships with the development engineering team to ensure tracking on engineering escalations, bugs and feature requests. /li liDevelop technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for internal CRE team members. /li liDevelop, review and maintain the internal collection of knowledge base articles. /li liTriage and document bugs and enhancement requests as seen in the field, and through reproduction. /li liWork with our Escalation Management team on hot accounts which are high touch /li liParticipate in on-call rotation /li /ul h3What You Will Bring With You /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a similar or related field (container management, cloud management, cloud security). /li liMaster level kubernetes and Linux experience. /li liKnowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python). /li liKnowledge of public providers and their services e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP /li liNice to have: knowledge of Oracle and IBM Cloud. /li liExperience balancing multiple challenges simultaneously. /li /ul h3What We Look For /h3 ul liWorking knowledge of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Postgres, and Kafka. /li liExperience using or integrating with Systems Management technologies. /li liHands-on experience with PaaS tools or other cloud management software. /li liExperience in application integration. /li liExperience writing and communicating in English and French. /li /ul h3When You Join Sysdig, You Can Expect /h3 ul liExtra days off to prioritize your well-being /li liMental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app /li liGreat compensation package /li /ul pThe annual compensation range for this full-time position is between €44,200 and €55,200.
