Manufacturing Engineer- Bosconero Plant

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.
• Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues.
• Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing.
• Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products.
• Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background.
• Previous experience in a similar role, also as an intern (a plus).

• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of general mechanics.
• General knowledge of industrial‑scale production processes (e.g., heat treatment, welding, grinding, etc.).
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD tools (e.g., Creo).
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment.
