This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pWe are seeking a Deployment Process Analyst - Logistics to support the deployment of Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution–related capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program. /p pThe role provides hands-on functional support across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring Manufacturing and Warehouse solutions align with the global template, regulatory requirements, and SAP Clean Core principles. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Functional Delivery Execution /h3 ul liSupport SAP–MES (PAS-X) integration activities, PLM-driven engineering change processes, master data validity checks, and Manufacture at Risk capabilities. /li liAssist with functional validation of Manufacturing master data, process orders, BOMs, master recipes, and production versions. /li liSupport solution confirmation activities by documenting requirements, reviewing designs, and validating alignment with the global template. /li liExecute detailed functional tasks including configuration support, data validation, and integration readiness activities. /li liProvide leadership and coaching to external contractors. /li /ul h3Testing, Deployment Hypercare Support /h3 ul liPrepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities under the guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead. /li liSupport defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities. /li liProvide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline. /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul liHands-on functional experience within a regulated (GxP) environment. /li liExperience supporting ERP or digital transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA. /li liExperience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry. /li liFluent in written and spoken English /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liPrior involvement in global ERP deployments. /li liExperience with MES systems and SAP integration. /li liAbility to travel internationally based on role and specific business requirements (-10%). /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 h3Preferred Skills: /h3 pAgility Jumps, Analytics Insights, Business Alignment, Coaching, Communication, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Cross-Functional Collaboration, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Persistence and Tenacity, Problem Solving, Process Oriented, Project Management Methodology (PMM), Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management Tools, Project Reporting, Statement of Work (SOW) /p h3Benefits /h3 h3The anticipated base pay range for this position is: /h3 pIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
