Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to assess the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of biological substances and products. /p pIn 2025, Eurofins generated total revenues of €7.296 billion and was among the best-performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbEurofins Biopharma Product Testing /bis looking for abProject Manager /b, at EU level, who will be focused on thebdeployment /bandbimplementation /bofbeQMS /b(Eurofins Quality Management System). /p pThe resource will be based in Vimodrone (MI) and will report to Eurofins Quality Management System Owner. /p pbSpecific Assignments /b /p pThe eQMS software has been adopted by Eurofins BioPharmaceutical Services laboratories as the global quality and compliance management system and will be used worldwide by several hundreds of users in different laboratories. /p pFollowing ITIL best practices, GAMP5 guidelines, Internal eQMS procedures and working instructions, the mission of the Project Manager is to: /p ul liDeploy eQMS in different laboratories worldwide in collaboration with the IT Manager in charge of Computerized Quality Systems for the quality processes; /li liManage overall project tasks, deployment or system optimization related, from inception to completion; /li liOrganize and coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams; /li liProvide new requirements to business analyst so they can perform assessments for new and existing features; /li liFollow-up design and functional specifications; /li liLead validation processes, including test plan and test script generation and coordination of work with Technical System Engineer(s); /li liPrepare training material and train local resources on system features and implemented processes; /li liAuthor release notes related with implemented changes; /li liAuthor, maintain and periodic review for all documents related with eQMS (requirements, specifications, traceability matrix, working instructions, SOP’s, reports, etc.). /li /ul pbOther Assignments: /b /p ul liParticipate in the continuous improvement of IT Quality Assurance systems processes; /li liFollow group policies and standards; /li liEnsure follow-up to his Manager on a regular basis and as often as requested; /li liDevelop good practices;Author guidelines, procedures and templates for project management, system maintenance and validation; /li liImprove system design to fulfill good practices and applicable regulations; /li liCapitalize the knowledge base and help to improve the implemented processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong project management and coordination capabilities across international teams; /li liSolid IT knowledge from a design and functional perspective; /li liExperience working in a quality-related environment; /li liProactive, analytical, autonomous, and business-focused mindset with strong communication skills. /li libAvailable to travel up to 40% of the time. /b /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbExpected salary (RAL) range for the role: €25–34K /b /p pCompensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s salary ranges for the role. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
