Overview

In this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions. You will act as HR reporting SME, building scalable analytics for Houses and Group HR. You'll evolve reporting from descriptive to AI-enabled insights and help raise data literacy. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create value through predictive analytics and workforce planning. This is a transformation-focused opportunity at a leading luxury group.

Responsabilità

• Design, develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics in Workday and Power BI
• Translate business requirements into user-centric reporting solutions for HR and stakeholders
• Build cross-functional dashboards combining HR and business data
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives including predictive analytics and attrition modelling
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging analytics capabilities
• Ensure data quality, governance and a scalable analytics environment
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR reporting solutions
• Promote data literacy via training and enablement for HR teams
• Act as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master's degree in a related field
• Significant experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics or BI roles
• Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions for senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of HR data and analytics methodologies
• Experience with advanced analytics or AI-enabled analytics is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, international and matrix environments
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
