In this role you contribute to mechanical seal design and assessment, creating 3D models and BOMs while ensuring components meet specifications. You work closely with engineering policies to prepare technical documents and participate in reviews. You verify dimensions and parameters, and you help establish quality procedures and manuals for seal control and refurbishment. You engage with cross‑functional teams to convey design intent and ensure compliant, robust solutions.Benefits
- Create 3D models and related BOM for mechanical seals
- Measure and verify components of mechanical seal assemblies
- Prepare technical documents in line with engineering policies and procedures
- Participate as presenter in technical and program reviews
- Check dimensions of seal components
- Validate suitability of measured seal designs
- Validate mechanical seal design parameters
- Develop quality procedures, installation and operation manuals for control and refurbishment of competitor seals
- Engineering degree or technical background
- Five years of experience in Mechanical Seal, Pumps or rotating equipment design
- Knowledge of main drawing software, preferably Solid Edge
- Knowledge of office tools
- Excellent oral and written English communications skills
- Fluency in English and Italian and EU work permit
