Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Lead

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A in Milan is seeking a Global Retail Excellence & Capabilities Manager. You will translate global frameworks into market execution, visiting stores to ensure guest experience standards and acting as a bridge between HQ and APAC teams.
You’ll deliver training across Retail populations, rollout key initiatives, and share best practices to close capability gaps. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
