We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers. /p h3About the job: /h3 h3Business origination /h3 ul liDevelop and prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and industry analysis to support senior bankers in new business origination. /li liConduct company valuations using methodologies such as DCF, trading multiples, and precedent transactions. /li liBuild and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic recommendations. /li liPerform sector research, benchmarking, and peer comparisons to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations. /li /ul h3Transaction execution /h3 ul liAssist in the execution of live transactions across different solutions (MA, financing, and capital markets) alongside product teams. /li liContribute to internal approval processes, including preparation of materials for risk committees and transaction reviews. /li liWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met under tight deadlines. /li /ul h3Management support /h3 ul liHelp manage client relationships through follow-up tracking, targeting exercises, and preparation of tailored insights. /li liMaintain client pipelines, internal databases, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). /li liSupport internal committees with the preparation of business reviews, client coverage plans, and sector strategy materials. /li liMonitor industry newsflow, earnings announcements, and macroeconomic developments, preparing concise digests for bankers. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liStrong academic background (Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields). /li liDemonstrated interest and/or experience in investment banking and corporate finance. /li liStrong technical foundation, with proficiency in valuation techniques, Excel and PowerPoint, financial databases; financial modelling skills are an advantage. /li liExcellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly. /li liHighly motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. /li liFluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus. /li /ul pThe annual fixed salary associated with the position starts at 62.040 € gross per annum. /p pThe salary stated above is indicative and corresponds to the annual fixed salary associated with the position.
