Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects across IRCA Group's global Operations and Supply Chain network. /p pThe successful candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, supply chain efficiency, productivity, service levels, inventory performance, and cost competitiveness. /p pActing as a key change agent, the role will lead operational excellence, network optimization, digital transformation, productivity improvement, and post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring sustainable business value creation through effective stakeholder engagement and execution. /p pThe appointed Project Leader will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, commercial teams, finance, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business value creation. /p pThe position is preferably based in Italy, at IRCA Group's /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multinational organizations /li liProven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects /li liExperience in transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, or supply chain optimization projects /li liExperience working within international and matrix organizations /li /ul h3Professional Skills /h3 ul
