Your Role

We are seeking a Logistics Network Analyst to manage and optimize International Transport & Logistics flows across various Essilor and Luxottica entities. This role plays a critical part in supporting global growth and operational efficiency by driving key initiatives.

The position requires close collaboration with Operations, regional teams, and business divisions. Responsibilities include monitoring transportation service levels and cost performance, with a primary focus on production component flows. The analyst will also participate in or lead projects related to Transportation and Logistics.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Transportation data collection to build logistics service and cost Global reporting tool for production components (or any other report needed to provide complete Global Network performance)
• Collaborate with Reporting and Controlling team to manage transition of transportation data into BI data management suite
• Project leader or key contributor to Logistics projects
• Support the internal customers’ needs for any transportation related topic

Main Requirements

• STEM or Economy bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Knowledge of transportation industry and of the logistics environment in general.
• Ability in data gathering and data management oriented to analytics.
• Team work attitude.
• Interests on AI.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability in speaking French is a plus.

Your role:

• Support Planning Department

Main responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality
• Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit
• Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows
• Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyse data and monitor performance

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Genuine interest in transportation and logistics

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• A graduate with a degree in a relevant field
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
