The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of driving strategic initiatives while maintaining direct oversight of critical operational activities within their departments.brstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongHuman Resources:brulliOversee and develop all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management across the organization /liliEnsure the effective administration of payroll operations for Italy and Germany, setting standards and ensuring accuracy /liliManagement of employment contracts for Italy and Germany, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance /liliDesign and drive HR strategies that support and advance business goals and objectives /liliSafeguard legal and policy compliance, proactively monitoring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations /liliChampion initiatives focused on employee relations, engagement, and well-being, fostering a positive workplace culture /liliManage benefits administration and compensation strategies /liliLead the development and continuous improvement the training and development programs that promote leadership capability and employee growthbr/li /ulstrongAdministrationbr/strongulliOversee and develop daily office operations (incl.
